Eclectic Wellness is an alternative therapeutic health and wellness service offering qualified and experienced Nutritional Medicine, Counselling, EMDR Trauma Therapy, Guided Meditation, Mental Health & Wellness Mentoring, Personal Training and Exercise Programming. We service clients locally on the Coffs Coast NSW and also accept clients in other areas via online Telehealth/Zoom consults. We specialize in the management of: Autoimmunity & Immune Health, Anxiety, Depression, Panic & Stress and have a special interest in mental health, neurodivergence (ASD / ADHD) and trauma.
