Healing Ray Nutrition
When I was 15 years old, my father Raymond, or Ray, passed away from bowel cancer. A brilliant chef that taught me how to cook and make tasty and wholesome food. The experience of his death is really what pushed me to pursue a career in health and nutrition. The knowledge I now have is something I wish my family and I understood when he was sick, but I hope to now inspire and educate others about the importance of our health and the role it can play in supporting our amazing lives.
My primary goal is to give each of my clients the most affordable and individualised nutritional support to improve physical and mental health and well-being, by working collaboratively with each client to support short and long-term goals. By making my services affordable to everyone, I hope to share my knowledge, making positive changes to health as accessible as possible.
