Dosage
- Diffusion: 5 - 10 drops, best diffused in the morning
- Foot bath: 10 drops, combined with Epsom salts
- Cellulite: 5 drops, add to a wet face cloth and rub vigorously on the areas concerned, repeat daily after a shower for 3 - 4 weeks
