Ingredients:

Dosage
- Diffusion: 5 - 10 drops, allow 10 minutes, repeat hourly
- Inhalation: Hold open bottle under nose and inhale deeply
- Topical: 1 drop on the fingertips, rub on the nape of neck and temples (avoid touching anywhere around the eyes)
