Dosage
- Children 2 - 9 years: ½ scoop (2.5 g) once daily in 100 mL water or juice; consume immediately
- Children 10 - 12 years: 1 scoop (5 g) once daily in 100 mL water or juice; consume immediately
Warnings
Contains ethanol, xylitol, sulfites
- Contains naturally occurring sugars
- Contains xylitol, which may have a laxative effect or cause diarrhoea
- Not to be used in children under 2 years of age without medical advice
- Echinacea may cause allergic reactions in some people. If you have a severe reaction (such as anaphylaxis) stop use and seek immediate medical attention

- If you are pregnant or considering becoming pregnant, do not take vitamin A supplements without consulting your healthcare practitioner or pharmacist
- When taken in excess of 3000 µg retinol equivalents, vitamin A can cause birth defects
