Summary
- Zingiber officinale (ginger), a herbal medicine extract in a non-drowsy formula
- May help to ease travel or motion sickness and relieve nausea

Dosage
- Adults and children over 12 years: 2 - 3 tablets ½ an hour before travelling, then 1 tablet every 2 hours as required
- Children 6 - 12 years: 1 - 2 tablets ½ an hour before travelling, then ½ - 1 tablet every 2 hours as required
Warnings
Contains sulfites
- No more than 2 tablets daily to be taken during pregnancy or lactation
