Dosage
- Infants 0 - 12 months: 1 mL daily; dispense into formula, breast milk or water and have infant consume immediately
Warnings

- Contains sucrose and potassium sorbate
- Seek the advice of a health practitioner before using for the first time in children under 6 months
- Vitamins and minerals should be provided from breast milk or formula in infants under 6 months
- Use only as directed and do not exceed recommended dose unless advised by a health care professional

- If you are pregnant or considering becoming pregnant, do not take vitamin A supplements without consulting your healthcare practitioner or pharmacist
- When taken in excess of 3000 µg retinol equivalents, vitamin A can cause birth defects
