Dosage
- Children: 1 scoop (1.5 g) once daily
- Adults: 2 scoops (3 g) once daily
- Supplement upon awakening in the morning
- May be taken with water, juice or added to yoghurt, kefir or smoothies
- First use: Start with ½ scoop (0.75 g) and increase by ½ scoop (0.75 g) every 5 days until full dose is reached
